8. Market Surveillance Cooperation

Global Imports Europe Ltd undertakes to cooperate with competent authorities and provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable safety requirements.

9. Responsible Person

Where required under EU legislation, Global Imports Europe Ltd appoints an appropriately authorised Economic Operator or Responsible Person within the European Union to support compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
